Kitchee reached Senior Shield final for the second consecutive season after edging out Lee Man 1-0 in the semi-final at Mong Kok Stadium on Sunday (November 12).
In a game of multiple clear-cut chances between two sides, Kitchee broke the deadlock when Ruslan Mingazov’s cross from the left found Junior to slot home 4 minutes before the break.
Paulo had a great afternoon as he made two incredible saves in the second half that saw Kitchee claimed to be the winner of the match, setting up the final against Eastern on the first day of Lunar New year.
