So Hoi Lam and Cham Ching Man are set to leave and move abroad following their successful spells at Kitchee.
The duo were included in the matchday roster in yesterday’s 7-0 win over HKFC, with So started and scored a brace. Both of which are expected to leave Hong Kong in midweek.
‘This is such a great opportunity for me to broaden my horizon following my college graduation and the participation of the Asian Games.’ So has admitted she didn’t think twice about agreeing to move abroad when the opportunity arose. Meanwhile Cham has said that playing abroad is her ultimate goal. ‘This is the sort of opportunity that I always wanted, and I’d like to take this challenge.’
So and Cham joined Kitchee in 2021 and soon became the backbone of the Women’s Team. Cham scored the winner to guide her side to clinch the League Cup – the first trophy after they moved to become the semi-professional in the 2021/22 season. Everyone at Kitchee would like to thank 'Ah So' and 'Cham Ching' for their commitments and impeccable services to the Club and wish them all the very best for the future in pursuing their careers internationally.
