Kitchee ground out a 0-0 draw with Eastern at Mong Kok Stadium on Saturday (April 6).

The visitors took charge of the first half and went close to open the scoring before the hosts made their first attempt but Mikael’s strike minutes before half time failed to transform it to a goal. The visitors’ textbook defensive display prevented Kitchee from scoring. Helio, who just marked his 200th appearance for Kitchee, made a stunning goal line clearance closer to the end of the game was the best moment of the second half. The result means that Kitchee trail by one point behind the top leader Lee Man.
