Junior scored twice in both halves and Kitchee cooled off Crownity North District with a 4-0 victory on Sunday (April 14).
Kitchee jumped on top in the 18th minute when Jakob Jantscher scored with his rare left foot on a rebound off from his strike. Kitchee took a 2-0 lead into halftime when Sherzod Temirov’s pass from the left found Junior to put the ball into the net.
Kitchee took a three-goal lead after the break when Mikael, who came off the bench in the second half, scored his 11th of the season off a set piece that was delivered by Cleiton. Substitute Cheng Chin Lung set up Junior to score his second goal in the 84th minute to wrap up the game at Mong Kok Stadium.
