Sherzod Temirov scored an incredible second half hat-trick as Kitchee grabbed another 3 massive points with a 6-1 home victory over newly promoted Kowloon City at Mong Kok Stadium on Wednesday (September 25).

Kitchee took the first half lead through Welthon when he headed home from a cross from Lam Jordan Lok Kan moments before the break.

Luís Machado scored his 3rd goal of the season with a beautiful header 6 minutes after the break to extend the lead for the hosts. Substitute Sherzod Temirov bagged twice within minutes to made it 4-0. Kowloon City pulled one back in the 65th minute, but Kitchee responded immediately as Temirov converted in from a tight angle to complete his hat-trick before winger Chen Ngo Hin opened his account in the stoppage time, as well as his first ever goal for Kitchee, to humiliate Kowloon City 6-1.
