傑志今日宣布，因應2019冠狀病毒疫情帶來的不明朗因素（包括暫停所有青訓項目），以及本年度亞協盃賽事很可能順延至香港球季結束後，球會將作出以下人事變動。
球會與總教練施利斯高域達成共識，對教練團作出調整。施利斯高域將辭任總教練一職，並轉任球隊顧問，即時生效；而足球總監朱志光將暫代總教練職務，直至本球季結束為止。球會副足球總監梁志榮亦將參與一隊訓練，專注協助年輕球員的未來發展。
其餘一隊教練團成員包括盧比度（助教（進攻））、金東進（助教（防守））、裴鋕垣（體能教練）、羅拔圖（守門員教練）、尹東憲（訓練員），他們將按照現行分工繼續執教工作。
球會除了繼續積極地於今屆香港超級聯賽爭取最好的成績外，在未來數年，亦會一如以往致力為香港培育更多年輕一代，成為港足的核心球員。
Kitchee announced today that due to the uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic (including the suspension of all youth development programmes) and the likely delay of AFC Cup 2020 beyond the end of the current 2019-2020 season in Hong Kong, the Club will implement certain coaching changes.
Kitchee and Blaž Slišković, Head Coach, has mutually agreed to make changes to the coaching team. Blaž will step down as Head Coach with immediate effect, but will remain with the Club in a different capacity as a Consultant to the Club. Alex Chu, Director of Football, will take temporary charge of the First Team until the end of this season. Leung Chi-wing, Deputy Director of Football, will take up an additional role with the First Team, to focus on accelerating the development of younger players currently training with the First Team.
The remaining members of the First Team’s coaching team, including Roberto Losada (Assistant Coach in Attack), Kim Dong-jin (Assistant Coach in Defence), Bae Ji-won (Fitness Coach), Roberto Sambade (Goalkeeper Coach), and Yoon Dong-hun (trainer) shall remain in their current respective position.
The Club is committed to fight for the best position in the Hong Kong Premier League in the reminder of this football season and is fully committed to the development of youth players into the core group of young professionals in Hong Kong within the coming years.
