Cleiton hit a hat-trick and Charlie Scott netted a double as Kitchee defeated BC Rangers with an emphatic 7-1 to clinch the FA Cup on Saturday (May 13), along with the Premier League and Senior Shield that they lifted this season, Kitchee have achieved a domestic treble for the 5th time in club history.

The rain was quite rough to handle, but that didn’t affect Kitchee's desire for crowning the FA Cup for the 7th time as they did a glorious chance to take the lead just past the half hour when Charlie Scott powered a stunning strike from distance to hand Kitchee the lead, and Cleiton made it 2-0 9 minutes after. BC Rangers made a rapid response to pull back a goal 3 minutes later, but a header slightly before half-time courtesy of striker Poon Pui Hin ensured Kitchee remained the two goals lead advantage.

Kitchee were unstoppable in the second half as they scored 4 more times in 18 minutes. Mikael added one to the scoresheet before Charlie Scott netted his second. Cleiton, who was the player of the match, completed his hat-trick after scoring two more goals in the 72nd and 76th to wrap up the scoring to win the FA Cup, and the ending saw Kitchee completed the season with the treble.
