Kitchee opened the scoreline in the 25th minute with Damjanović's easy finish inside the six yard box after receiving Igor Sartori’s assist. Mingazov came off bench in the 72th minute with instant impact, giving Kitchee a 2:0 lead just two minutes after the substitution. In the 84th minute, Mingazov scored his brace with a composed finish from Cleiton's cross, this is also the 100th goal of Kitchee in all competitions this season. Kitchee finished the match 3:0 against HKFC and claimed all 3 points.
