Kitchee visits Lee Man on Saturday afternoon for battle between two premier league in-form sides Eager to strengthen its lead in the premier league title-chase, Kitchee will travel to Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground on Saturday afternoon to face fourth-place Lee Man for a premier league affair. The match will kick-off at 2:30pm and Kitchee fans should not miss out on the premier league contest between two sizzling in-form sides. Kitchee has been riding on great momentum lately, coming off back-to-back victories while scoring a jaw-dropping fifteen times and conceding only once from the past two games. Attackers such as Lucas Da Silva, Diego Forlan and Alexander Akande each netted a brace in the last game and will be eager to add to their goal-scoring tallies. On the other end, Lee Man has stayed undefeated over the past six games starting from last December, including a three-game winning streak entering this game. The young side will be full of confidence and will likely offer Kitchee lots of pressure. Striker Alessandro Leonardo acknowledges Lee Man has greatly improved since midseason and Kitchee will be best served to stay on guard. “Lee Man has done well lately by winning three straight games. It looks like they have already found a winning formula, thus should be not be underestimated,” stated the Kitchee hotshot. “The weather has turned cold these days and I expect much of the same on match day. However, as long as we step up our warm up sessions and get ourselves ready for the game, I do not think it will be much of a problem for me and my teammates.” Midfielder Jared Lum reveals he has put his injury problems behind but maintains it will be a coach’s decision on his match status. “I have been back training for a while now, thus my health and form are non-issues,” Lum expressed. “Lee Man is one of the frontrunning teams in the premier league and they have a lot of dangerous players in their squad, such as Denis Lima and Stefan Pereira. We must be prepared for whatever that they might bring to the table on match day.”
