Kitchee will travel to Hammer Hill Road Sports Ground this Sunday (12 Dec) to face HKU23 in their Sapling Cup tie. The tickets are available to fans at the price of $80 (adult) and $30 (concession).

Kitchee hammered Rangers in their 6-1 victory last Sunday as Sohgo Ichikawa scored his first professional goal. A brace from Tomas Maronesi and a goal from Philip Chan, Cleiton, and Roberto helped Kitchee to claim 3 points.

HKU23 suffered a 0-4 defeat against Lee Man last game and have lost their last 3 games.

Both teams last met in the league game late October as Raul Baena scored already in 2nd minute, while Philip Chan and Matthew Orr both scored before Dejan Damjanovic completed his hat trick to complete the 6-0 victory.

Facing his old teammates from the HK national youth team, Bosley Yu said, “We played together back then in the HK youth team so we knew each other very well, but we are determined to focus onto the game and do our best on the pitch.” When asked about his chances to play for the team, he added, “Coach Kim talked to us pretty often and encouraged us make every opportunity count. I’m ready and prepared to give my all for the team whenever I’m called upon.”
