Midfielder Mikael and striker Kim Shin-wook both scored for Kitchee in a behind-closed-doors pre-season friendly against Bangkok United F.C., but that wasn’t enough for them to overturn the score as Kitchee were defeated 2-3 to the 2022/23 Thai League 1 runners-up at the Thammasat Stadium on Sunday (July 30).
Kitchee will play their third pre-season friendly against Thai League 2 club Chainat Hornbill F.C. on Tuesday (August 1).
