Kitchee outclassed Lee Man with a comfortable 4-1 victory in the JC Sapling Cup on Saturday (November 18) at Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground.

Goalkeeper Tuscany Shek reached an impressive milestone as he made his senior debut for Kitchee at the age of 15. Youngsters Yuen Chun Him and Matthew Slattery were also named in the starting lineup to face Lee Man, but it was Junior who starred just 12 minutes into action when he opened the scoring after good work by Igor Sartori.

Lee Man leveled 2 minutes after the break, but the game went at Kitchee’s pace, and in our favor, when delightful play in the half saw Yuen Chun Him turned provider for Cleition to extend the lead 9 minutes after. Andy Russell’s header 4 minutes later to put more pressure on their opponents. Austrian striker Jakob Jantscher’s 7th goal of the season in the 79th minute ensured Kitchee’s impressive win over Lee Man.
